MATERIALS USED FOR STAINLESS STEEL PIPE SLEEVE
Stainless Steel Pipe Sleeves are available in two types S312 R for flexible coupling sleeve & S312 G for rigid coupling sleeve. The grades used for making Stainless Steel Pipe Sleeves are ZG15-ZG55, ZG35CrNiMo, ZG25Cr2Mo1V, ZG40Cr, ZG35SiMn. Copies of material test reports will be kept on file and shall be provided to verify batch numbers prior to sending the materials to the customer.
PRODUCTION OF STAINLESS STEEL PIPE SLEEVE
Production of stainless steel sipe sleeves starts with smelting the steel with qualified ingredients. It is then subjected to centrifugal casting & semi-finished products are formed. Semi-finished products are heat-treated & then they undergo normalizing, tempering, quenching & machining. The internal side as well as the external surface is then finished well followed by product inspection. Stainless Steel Pipe Sleeves are then sent for rolling mill trademark & issuance of the certificate.

MARKING & SHIPPING
The Stainless Steel Pipe Sleeve are methodically inspected for any visual defects before they are sent to the customers. Each piece of stainless steel pipe sleeve is specifically marked based on its size, wall thickness, grade of steel plate, our stock number, and also purchase order number.
All dimensions, including the details of preparation, grades of the steel used, thickness is measured and verified. Any Stainless Steel Pipe Sleeves not meeting the requirements for visual inspection as well as dimensional tolerance are rejected & not shipped.
