Reli Sleeve offers a complete line of Split Repair Clamp that allows pipeline owners and operators to secure defective sections of pipe that are cracked, corroded (internally or externally), dented, damaged, or leaking. Split Repair Clamps provide sealing of damaged pipe without shutting down or disrupting the critical service. Split Repair Clamps is broadly used to mend various high or low-pressure rating class pipelines, including oil, water, gas and petrochemical process. Split Repair Clamps can be used for internal and external leaks, corrosion, grooves, gouges, dents, arc burns, lamination, defective girth welds and cracks .

The material of the split repair clamp provided by reli sleeve is certified by the highest grade authorities of the country. The split repair clamp damage is sealed by elastomer seals of the best quality selected for compatibility with the pipeline fluid. Split repair clamp may also be welded after installation to provide a permanent repair. It may be completely seal-welded with pipeline in operation.

• Standard Reli Sleeve Clamps are fitted with a high grade elastomeric seal made from Buna-Nitrole or Viton. In these applications the sealing load is
  achieved through the bolt tensioning of the clamp studs (split sleeve design).
• All Reli Sleeve’s Clamps are designed with an external pressure test facility that determines the joint integrity prior to commissioning.
• Twin seal configuration is also available to allow inter seal testing to be carried out during installation.

Safety
The clamps are fully compensatory pressure vessels,hydrostatically tested to 1.3 times the rated working pressure (as per ASME Section VIII Div.1 clause UG-99)

All Clamps are equipped with a 1” NPT vent port

Design Criteria and Industry Standards
All split sleeves are tested in accordance with the API Specification 6H, “Specification for End Closures, Connectors, and Swivels”, ASME BOILER AND PRESSURE VESSEL CODE, Section VIII; and with ANSI standards B-31.3, B31.4, & B31.8, where applicable. Certification: EN 10204 3.1

Ease of Installation and Maintenance
All split sleeves are designed to be installed with the most common tools available and are readily field repairable, including full seal replacement.

This type of split sleeve is designed to be used in hydrogen sulfide (H2S) bearing hydrocarbon service.
