Production of steel sleeve made of stainless steel starts with smelting the steel with the required materials. It is then subjected to the shape of centrifugal casting & semi-finished goods. Half-finished goods are heat-treated and then uniform, polished, quenched and machined. The inside side, as well as the outside surface, is then done and product testing proceeded. Steel sleeves is then submitted for patent rolling mill & certificate issuance.

The Steel Sleeve is inspected methodically for any visible flaws before it is shipped to the customers. Every Steel Sleeve component is clearly labelled with scale, wall thickness, steel plate quality, stock number and buy order number as well. All measurements are measured and checked including preparation specifics, grades of the steel used, thicknesses. Any Steel Sleeve which does not meet the visual inspection specifications as well as the dimensional tolerance shall be refused and not delivered.
